Is that both those criteria? Or one of the other? I do meet those, but I'm curious because I was thinking of starting a new channel for a new series I'm doing, but I feel that would be pointless at this point.

What is the point of the subscriber restriction? It literally has no real merit on some channels that meet the viewership requirements two times over and still produce quality content. Isn't the point here to discourage garbage sub4sub channels that have subs but no views?
