@Youtube @YTCreators You wanna take monetization away from us #SmallYoutubers...fine, but PLEASE rethink your rule about custom thumbnails ! How do you expect us to grow our channels without visually appealing thumbnails to attract ppl to our videos ?!
You do not need to be a part of YPP to use creator features like ability to upload videos longer than 15 mins, custom thumbnails/URL and live streaming. You just need to have a verified account: https://goo.gl/3iMkBG
