@YTCreators Quick question, with the YPP changes.. can I still have custom thumbnails & plan my videos instead of putting them directly online? And is it 1000 subs AND 4000 hours in views or either of them. Help? :(
You'll need to have both, 4,000 watch time hours within the past 12 months and 1,000 subscribers. Also, you don't need to be part of YPP to use custom thumbnails, you just need to verify your account, more info here: https://goo.gl/q4KgTx
