So after then cut off I will be paid out even though it is not at the $100 pay limit? I feel like you guys should be super specific with your wording because you aren't exactly people's favourite right now and any ambiguity won't help your image in the minds of your creators.

And what exactly is accordingly? You also stated according to adsense policies. Adsense won't pay out until you reach the $100 threshold. What is happening to all the money under that threshold?

#adsensepurgatory. Your money will just sit in that account until you reach $100 which might be never. All the while YouTube figures that into their budget and they announce record breaking profits next quarter. Big business in the USA!
