PLEASE REPLY DO YOU MEAN TO SAY THAT A CHANNEL HAS TO GAIN 400hrs watch time every year and if its gets less than 400 hrs of watch time in a particular year, its monetization will be again disabled?? And 1000 subs is lifetime right??? Please reply
Yes, the requirement is both 4000 watch time hours in past 12 months and 1000 lifetime subs. Hope this helps clarify!
