Yeah. Once you reach that threshold, it’ll take those individuals up to 6 months of waiting around for their monetization to be re-enabled.
You don't need to wait that long! We typically review all new applications within one week.

Now I'm over 5K subs, all organic (suggested & search terms). Actually I haven't uploaded any new content because of this... You lose all the inertia new videos have, and as an up and coming YouTuber it's too difficult to monetize in any other way. I have no sponsors yet.
