You are totally not protecting small creators at all. You are Punishing us for being small creators. Hardly fair YouTube I can live without the ad revenue it is not that much but seriously loosing thumbnails and scheduled uploads as well. What did us smaller channels do wrong?
Just to clarify, you need not be a part of YPP to use the creator features like custom thumbnails or live streaming. You just need to have a verified account (by phone): https://goo.gl/3iMkBG

what about scheduling though? she specifically asked about that. but you mention livestreaming. Can unmonetized channels that were partnered before still use the scheduling feature? and what about end cards etc? which features will be affected by these changes?
