@YTCreators question. If by deadline you have 1000 subs, but not enough watch time or vice versa... does the requirements reset? Is it a rolling 12 months? So if someone has 3900 hours of watch time by the deadline, can they just wait for 100 extra hours, or does that reset?
It won't reset. If your channel meets the new threshold by Feb 20th, it will get reviewed. If it doesn’t, the review starts after it reaches the 4k watch hours / 1k subscribers requirement.

@TeamYouTube another question based on some user concerns. Is this based on a rolling 12 months? I.e if you re-apply in May, will it no longer consider March of 2017 in the watch time total? Or does watch time ADD ONTO the total if you don’t make the requriements.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
