While this can be disappointing, this change is to prevent spammers, impersonators, etc from taking advertising revenue from creators. In this case, you can re-apply 30 days from when you received the decision email.

Sure this will help to do that. It will also hurt small countries/languages. And channels that make content about niche area.

At first it was disappointing.But after that, I put alot of thoughts into it,I agree with the new requirements that'll be good for both YouTube and the creators. It might also be a chance for big creators to bring up small authentic creators as well. One day, I'll achieve it too.
