To prevent spammers, impersonators, and other bad actors from harming and taking advertising revenue from inspiring and original creators. We know this update affects many channels but believe it’s necessary to protect our community.

That's not true.
@LoganPaul effed up things, and you are punishing small channels to make a show that you are doing something. This doesn't look discouraging, it IS discouraging for anyone to start a channel on YouTube. You don't care for animators and creators, just big guys... - 2 more replies
