How does this effect the creators that have already met the previous requirements and are waiting to have their monetization aporoved?
If you meet the new threshold, your pending application will be reviewed in the next few weeks so look out for an email update around then. If not, your application will be reviewed once the new threshold limit is reached.

I’m confused, you have a youtuber who causes problems and instead of shutting down his channel as you would do to anyone else, instead you punish the small creators who had nothing to do with this all the while the accused doesn’t lose a cent, makes real sense youtube.
