Thanks for sharing this but we haven't been able to gain access to the account and have created a new brand account. Do you know how we can go about closing down the old account without the login details?

An account can only be deleted by the owner, for which access is required. To recover your account, you must have access to at least one of your account related information (i.e email address or username & any recovery options, if set up).
