Hey, @YouTube @TeamYouTube. I've been trying to watch videos on the mobile app but there is either no audio or it's like the audio is stuck if I skip to parts of a video. Is this something you're aware of, is there something I need to do to fix it?
Hi Joshua, try these steps: delete the app > restart your device > reinstall the app. Let us know if that clears things up.

Thanks, I had tried to turn my phone off and on again and that hadn't worked, but reinstalling the app has fixed the audio issue
