That's definitely odd behavior! Could you confirm if your are logged into the right account and your app is updated. Keep us posted.

Yes it is my account and I had to update and reinstall the app last night because the app wasn't even loading.

Got it! Offline videos are saved in the form of app data. Clearing the app data or reinstalling the app would delete the offline content. Hope this helps.
