Yes, I understand that they may pop-up in recommendations but this time they popped up in 'recently uploaded' and as far as I'm aware that was only for channels I'm subscribed to.
Oh ok, just to confirm, have you unsubscribed from the channel? Also, what device are you using? Keep us posted.

It appear on my AppleTv generation 3, then checked my iPad generation 2 then I checked I was unsubscribed (which I was) & that I had blocked the channel then I clicked the not interested function & and it still appears in "recently uploaded"

Thanks for the info, try these steps: delete the app > restart your device > reinstall the app. Let us know if that clears things up.
