When requesting a review, you'll want to wait for an email response before publishing the video–the system runs multiple scans and the icon may change before publishing. Once the status is confirmed by manual review, it won't change again.

but it was monetized as unlisted for a full 24 hours. then the second i made it public it got demonetized...
