If your recent video/stream isn’t showing up in search, Up next, the homepage, etc, it’s likely due to COVID-19’s impact on our teams & extended workforce – Content may not show in search, etc. until a reviewer takes a look, & w/ fewer reviewers available, this is taking longer.

Does this mean you will postpone closing down channels that accumulate too many strikes or violations until they can be reviewed since you know violations will be more likely to be in err?
