If you were removed from YPP, you should have received an email and a message with detailed info & next steps in Creator Studio. If the removal was for policy reasons, you can always reapply in 30 days. Hope this helps.

If you recently reapplied to be part of YouTube Partner Program again, it might take 30 days or so for you to hear back. Every application is manually reviewed so there’s no way to expedite the process. More info about the review process here: https://yt.be/help/YPP-review
