Monetization disabled due to repeated content
All content on the channel is mine.
Only videos uploaded to one channel.
I can't detect anyone else using my videos
How can I determine if someone else uses my content?
Thanks for tweeting back. If you believe that someone has copied and re-uploaded your video, this resource can give you info on how to issue a takedown request: https://yt.be/help/6qSE

Can't find duplicate content. I don't have a scan program to find. You have removed this feature on my channel. Please activate this feature on my channel. All of my videos are original videos. I'm preparing it myself. There is absolutely no copy content. Please. Best Regards

If you're referring to the Copyright Match tool, this feature is available to channels in the YouTube Partner Program. If you make changes, you can reapply to YPP in 30 days – you can apply for a Copyright Match tool once your monetization is enabled. Hope this helps clarify!
