@TeamYouTube I recently moved my channel to a brand account. When I try to claim my old channel URL, /c/stevoisiak, it says it's already taken.
Bizarrely, my settings claim I don't have a custom url, but visiting https://www.youtube.com/c/stevoisiak displays the videos from my new channel.
Custom URLs are used to give you an easier way of directing people to your channel. It does not delete existing URLs that are currently assigned like the unique ID assigned to your channel (longer URL). As long as your custom URL brings you to your channel, then it is working.

My custom URL has stopped working. The page now says "This channel does not exist." https://www.youtube.com/c/stevoisiak pic.twitter.com/pBJc9VwyIS

Have you tried dropping the c/ when looking up your channel? We were able to locate your channel that way, so let us know if you're still unable to locate your channel using your custom URL. Keep us in the loop!
