Appreciate the screenshot – when moving a channel to another account, make sure that you're logged in to the source account. This will allow you to see all options available for moving and to prevent accidental deletion of your channel.
As long as you follow the process in the article we've provided earlier, you'll be good to go. Hope you get this resolved!

Is there a way to private message you a screencast? I’m seeing some discrepancies with that guide.
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Can someone watch this screencast and say "yes, you're correct, create a new channel under your old account, move old personal legacy to brand channel, then move brand channel to new account" - that'd be great. Thank you! https://www.loom.com/share/f05f3c8c537e4161ad816a56d2318160 … password is my twitter username

And if you’re not able to watch that last screencast let me know. Thank you for your time! I hope you can.

I have successfully done what I was looking for (transfer personal legacy channel to brand channel and move). Is it possible to move a youtube video from one brand account to another? I don't think so, I think I have to download the video and re-upload. Can you confirm?

You're right! You can just reupload the video as there's no way to move it from one account to another at this time. Hope this clarifies.
