Dear @YouTube how would you recommend I dispute a copyright claim that involves someone who happened to use the same piece of music or play the same video game as I did & now your system is monetizing my videos & giving them the $$$? 1/6
Thanks for the info – sometimes, it can be hard to understand why a rights owner has claimed your video, but that doesn’t mean they’re not authorized to do so. If you believe the claim was made in error, you can always dispute: https://yt.be/help/LKJN Hope this gets resolved.

Yes, I filed a dispute. As I said, the problem isn't that I don't understand copyrights, it's that there's no option to say "I think the YouTube system made a mistake." And leaving it up to the person making $$$ off of my video isn't a fair process.

Trust me, this isn't the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time this has happened to my channel. I've had several alleged copyright issues removed in the past after other channels claimed to own things they clearly did NOT own, such as Bethesda's Skyrim music or Sony's PS4 logo.

I don't see the point in filing a dispute if
@YouTube isn't even going to review the disputes & threatens to take my channel down for filing them. You can do better than that, can't you? Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

I've had copyright issues for using materials within a game... that I can't change... when other creators have not had "Said" issue. Needs to he sorted... I recently moved to twitch for Streaming and ya know... I prefer it a lot more as their none of this copyright issue
