@TeamYouTube hi I am not able to watch my purchased films on the tv YouTube app but the film will play on my phone even if I connect with the tv from my phone it still won’t play pls help
If you haven't already, try to power cycle your TV–the best way to do this is by unplugging the TV completely, leaving unplugged for 10-15 sec, then plugging back in & turning back on. Uninstalling/reinstalling the app can help too. Let us know how it goes!

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app usually does the trick. It'll be best to contact your TV manufacturer for the steps on updating the app on your TV. Hope this gets resolved soon.
