I temporarily solved the problem, but it is definitely a bug: When I tried to add videos to a particular playlist (worked before), I got always a "Video cannot be saved" message. Adding the same video to ANY other playlist worked. Adding video manually from the playlist page...

... generated the error "Video uploaded to a different channel cannot be added to a series playlist.". But it WAS the same channel. Finally the problem could be solved by unchecking "Set as official series for this playlist" from the playlist settings. I found this solution...

by googeling the forementioned error message. But, as I said, it is definitely a bug and it would be nice, if it could be fixed, so I can set the "official playlist" checkmark again. Thanks!
