Getting demonetized isn't what bothers us. It's that when a video gets demonetized, YouTube stops showing it to people. So, the views drop to 0. We put everything into our videos. To have YouTube's system kill our video by adding hate speech to it is demoralizing. @YouTube

Guys cmon. As soon as our video was demonetized, the views dropped by 66% in real time. And it was demonetized by an error your auto caption system made where it added hate speech that didn’t exist.

Yep, totally no correlation between monetization status and views.

Really that's the best you got for an answer? They don't need pointers on how to grow the audience, they need you to fix this. To fix YOUR auto caption.

Absolutely.

There is a very, very consistent negative correlation between low video performance and demonetization. We know this is true because you guys are saying it's not "entirely" related to performance. Stop twisting your words, YouTube.

Except we know that's not true. If a video gets rated M and demontizied it's not going to show up unless directly searched for .
