I tried refreshing the page and clearing my cashe but it didn’t work. I have also deleted the video and reuploaded it then edited it again. Same problem. Its like some videos have this issue but others work fine.

Hmm, is this happening across devices? You can try logging out and logging back in, and make sure you're using a stable internet connection along the process. Keep us in the loop!

So I tried my phone. It shows the video on the left only but you can’t download with YouTube premium. I tried another computer and it shows the exact same problem as the first computer. Not really sure what to do

Thanks for clarifying – that usually happens when the video has been removed, has a Copyright/Community Guideline strike, uses a pre-approved audio track, or you've reached the maximum download limit. More info here: https://yt.be/help/P7Z1

Yes. When I edit a video using studio beta it registers it edited on publish but when downloaded it registered it as the unedited version. I tried resetting everything, use other computers, and tried editing it again
