You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
This can happen if there is a Content ID claim on your video. Copyright owners can choose to apply several policies on claimed videos including monetizing the said content. You can check on claims through your Creator Studio. Hope this helps!
