@youtubemusic I tried to upgrade to a family plan and it won't allow me because I already have a family group but it still charged me for it! What the hell? Please help
Go to http://families.google.com while logged in to the account that was charged, take note of the members, then reach out to Paid Product Support: https://yt.be/help/purchases Share any error messages so that the team can quickly figure out what caused the problem. Hope this helps!
