This issue is now fixed – when you publish a new video or edit an existing one, settings should be saving correctly. Realtime data in YouTube Analytics is also back on track. We’d recommend reviewing the YPP Policies again (https://yt.be/help/AsbB ) & making content updates to more closely align with those guidelines. There’s no way to expedite this process – so just keep uploading original content and building your audience in the meantime.
