This issue is now fixed – when you publish a new video or edit an existing one, settings should be saving correctly. Realtime data in YouTube Analytics is also back on track. If you upload content from multiple sources or reupload/repurpose content from an existing channel (ie "reused content") then you won't be eligible for YPP. We recommend going through our best practices & FAQs here: https://yt.be/help/reused-content … and reapply after 30 days.

I wrote to you, our content is originally in English, and the channel where the monetization application was rejected is fully translated into Spanish. This translation took a lot of work because our content is songs and on this channel they are sung in Spanish.

Our channels differ in language, they are fully voiced in another language! Your system cannot recognize language differences because the words are in a different language and the music is exactly the same.
