We're not seeing many public videos on your channel, so you're likely not eligible for a review at this time. The number you see in Creator Studio is not correct–it shows public & private combined. You can try switching private videos to public: https://yt.be/help/YPP-review

All my videos are public.. I feel very sad. Maybe that why I'm not monetized. YouTube should solve this issue.. It is not right.. All my videos are public
