@TeamYouTube A video on a channel I'm moderating is not appearing on the YouTube Studio dashboard. And I'm receiving an error message saying "Unable to display videos." What's causing this?

Hmm, that's odd. Have you tried checking the channel page under the Video Tab (sort by newest uploads first)? If it's still not there, make sure that it's listed as Public and try on other devices too. Otherwise, give us the channel URL so that we can have a look.

YouTube won't allow the re-upload because the file is a duplicate of the one already posted.

You can try editing the video and uploading it again. For example, changing the video length (e.g. by adding extra frames by using video editing software) or compressing the video: https://yt.be/help/kTKB
