Just to clarify, are you using the YouTube Studio beta or the Creator Studio Classic? If it's the Creators Studio, you’ll need to turn on the embedding for that video: Go to Info and settings > Advanced settings > Allow embedding under "Distribution options". Keep us posted!

I'm using Studio Beta. I can't see the graph on either desktop, or the mobile app.

Thanks for the additional info – the audience retention report is only available on the video level of YouTube Analytics, you need to select a specific video to see it. More info here: https://yt.be/help/NKP6

Try clearing your browser's cache & cookies on desktop. If you're on mobile, reinstalling the app usually fixes the issue. Let us know how it goes!
