@TeamYouTube hi, I haven’t been able to play my purchased videos on my YouTube account for about a week now, it freezes every time I attempt to watch it.
That's a bit strange. Have you tried clearing cache or use another browser? If you're using a mobile device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app usually does the trick. Let us know if that fixes it.

I’ve cleared my cache and I’m able to watch the video on my laptop, but it still freezes when I watch it on my tv, however, all other videos are fine.
