Appreciate the screenshot – YouTube Analytics defaults to minutes, so you'll need to change/convert to hours. To do that, Click the gear icon in the upper right of YouTube Analytics > there's a drop down for "Unit for measuring watch time" > change from Minutes to Hours > Save.
There is no gear, I don't know what you are talking about. That drop down box with an arrow doesn't give the option to swap minutes to hours. So I'm confused.
