@TeamYouTube just signed up for premium and already having problems with my video play and other things ever since. You guys make it impossible to get a hold of you. Pay $18 a month and my app isnt even working. This is ridiculous. Expecting someone to contact me immediately

Since signing up premium my youtube mobile app has been failing to play videos. It will either play them and briefly and regularly skip parts of the content or it will stop playing altogether.

Also i lost all my downloads both times i deleted the app and reinstalled it in am attempt to troubleshoot. I dont understand why deleting the app would remove all my downloads as i am not doing anything with my account at all.

Does the problem still occurs after reinstalling the app? Issues related to watching a video may have been caused by internet bandwidth, make sure that your connection is stable. Note that reinstalling the app will remove the all the data including the videos you've downloaded.
