Thanks for another screenshot. Have you already tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies? You can also try signing in w/ a different browser. Let us know if that fixes it.
Even I can see what is wrong here. No play button, no volume. It's not the standard YouTube UI we all know and love. Also, since the mouse isn't visible, I can take a guess that this is shown while the video is playing and the mouse isn't moving and is hidden.
