@TeamYouTube Can I change my channel location to another country if am not residing there and it won’t affect my channel monetization or accessibility?

Hmm, your YPP membership won't really be affected, but the address on your Adsense may have an effect on your monetization. You can cancel your current Adsense account and reapply with your preferred address, here's how: https://yt.be/help/d9a6

If my viewers are based in United States and my Adsense location is Ukraine where I reside, can I change my channel location to United States and still have it linked to the Adsense in Ukraine?

Your channel's location doesn't directly affect your AdSense account. Hope this helps!

Please the youtube team need to stop ignoring some genuine and unique channel waiting for monetization. It’s frustrating.... check this channel out for example https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrsvUbHAu9VmI8843uPejEA … it should have been monetized by now.

Sorry to hear you've been waiting a while. At the moment, we don't have definite timelines for individual channels (thanks for understanding). Hopefully you don't have to wait too much longer for your update.

Can the system be fixed so that people won’t have to wait for a long time ??

We're not seeing many public videos on your channel, so you're likely not eligible for a review at this time. The number you see in Creator Studio is not correct–it shows public & private combined. You can try switching private videos to public: https://yt.be/help/YPP-review
