@TeamYouTube Could you please help me with my 'Monetization Under Review' as it has been under Review since December 2018 and I am yet to receive an answer.pic.twitter.com/RXZZf3bydk

Checking the channel you provided, it seems like you only have 1 public video. As shared on our previous tweet you need 4k *public* watch hours to be eligible for review – this threshold helps us make a more informed decision if the channel meets our policies and guidelines.
I had a previous video which exceeded the threshold. I ended up deleting that video so does that mean the threshold is not met. It has to be met by a public video that is still on the channel at the time of the review?
Just so I know if I am understanding what you are saying, does deleting the video mean that the threshold is essentially reset? Also is the threshold just 4k watch hours?
I do appreciate the replies. It helps in actually clearing my situation up so I can understand what to do.
Could you please clarify my above tweet. Whether a deleted video resets the 4k watch hours threshold or not?
