How will Youtube know if the content is "kid friendly" or not? Because there are A LOT of media where it looks like its for kids, but in reality is anything but "kid friendly".

Machine learning will help identify content that is made for kids, as defined by the FTC (see D1 of their FAQs for more: https://ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/complying-coppa-frequently-asked-questions …). Since you know your videos & their target audiences best, you’ll also be required to self designate videos as made for kids.
