@TeamYouTube good morning, I have a question. I have been on YouTube for over 5 years, was monitized, no problems. I stopped uploading for about a year or so but still answered questions when comments were left on my vids. I started uploading vids again and come to find out

Thanks for the screenshot. To be eligible for YPP you need 4000 hours in the last 12 months. We see on your Analytics that watch time is set to 'Minutes', we'd suggest changing it to 'Hours' to get the correct figure. Hope this helps.

Good morning I have tweeted you multiple times letting you know my watch hours and watch minutes is wrong. They actually have gone down since the sept 2, what is going on. I have been taking pics and documenting my watch minutes everyday. When will this get fixed

If this is about your YPP application, Creator Studio shows public & private combined watch hours – views may fluctuate w/c may affect your watch time. More here: https://yt.be/help/Jgao Meantime, continue to upload more contents to increase your watch time. Hope this helps!
