Today we’re sharing several changes designed to better protect data on children’s content on YouTube. Starting in about four months:
Machine learning will help identify content that is made for kids, as defined by the FTC (see D1 of their FAQs for more: https://ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/complying-coppa-frequently-asked-questions …). Since you know your videos & their target audiences best, you’ll also be required to self designate which videos are made for kids.

As long as creator opinion is respected as much as the machine-learning based flags then this could be viable
