Define video game content that is ‘made for kids’? What would your algorithm consider qualifying features of a gaming video that is made for kids?

Machine learning technology will help identify made for kids content, as defined by the FTC (see D1 of their FAQs for more: https://ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/complying-coppa-frequently-asked-questions …). Since creators know their videos & target audience best, they’ll also be required to self designate videos as made for kids.
