That's a bit strange. Have you tried clearing cache or use another browser? If you're using a mobile device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app usually does the trick. Let us know if that fixes it.

Okay I've tried clearing the cache and using different browsers, but it's the same. This is happening on a channel I created back in 2011 and haven't really used since. I logged back in wanting to set up monetization this year but I'm having trouble with it
