now I have a problem that my custom URL doesn't display by itself. I can write it manually, but still when I search it even from different account it still displays as https://youtube.com/channel/UC7j3YNEbo8SHEQKq8G4acyA … instead of
Hey there, this is the standard URL that all YouTube channels use, it uses your unique channel ID which is the numbers and letters at the end of the URL. Even if you have a custom URL, the standard URL is still the default URL.

okay then. But can you tell why some channels have user/customURL in their URL and some have channel/standardURL?

Depending on when your channel was created, it may have a username. They are no longer required for channels today, but you can still use this URL to direct to your channel. Existing usernames can't be changed/removed, it will be the same even if you changed your channel name.
