That doesn't really explain it. If I was to for example upload a video to YouTube and dlive at the same time, would that be classed as unoriginal content by YouTube even though it is 100% mine simply because I didn't make it exclusive to YouTube?

Is first the distinguishing factor: "Content uploaded somewhere else first"? If someone publishes a video on YouTube and publishes it on another video site 5 minutes later will they be struck for reused content?

Nothing on that page applies to my channel. And that part about being reviewed by an actual person is BS. Last time I reapplied, I was rejected almost immediately. I have over 2000 videos of original gameplay. They didn't even look at 1% of it.
