I checked in the advanced settings on that particular video and the “publish to all subscribers and send out notifications” box was unticked and greyed out so I couldn’t re-tick it. Why was it set to that by default?
Hmm, if you're uploading via desktop, try clearing the browser cache. If you're on mobile, make sure you have the latest app version. After going through those steps, can you try re-uploading the video and see if you can enable it? Let us know how it goes.
