I can't access YouTube or any other Google services without using a VPN. Every time I try I get either a blank page, I time out or I can't connect. I'm using Firefox. What's going on? @GoogleUK @YouTube @Google @YTCreators

Hmm, are you getting a specific error message? Without revealing your email address, give us the exact wording & we'll try and point you in the right direction!

I am not getting a specific error message, but Firefox only tells me that it can’t connect to the server, it timed out or doesn’t even bother sending me an error message, seemingly at random every time I reload the page. Reloading the page from a video does nothing.

Clearing the cache and cookies usually fixes these kind of issues: https://yt.be/help/Cko1 . If that doesn't work, we'd recommend sending a feedback report directly from YouTube, here's how: https://yt.be/help/feedback . Make sure to send from the account experiencing the issue!

I have cleared the cache and cookies, but this has not solved the problem. I also can't send a feedback report from YouTube as I cannot access the site.

Have you tried restarting your browser or computer? We also recommend that you use Google Chrome as your browser and has its latest version. Let me know if it works.
