@YouTube how do I play a full playlist with some downloaded music video and some not. Once it reaches the ones downloaded it stops after that...

Gotcha! You can create a playlist then add the titles from your streaming and downloaded playlist to combine them into one. More about managing playlist here: https://yt.be/help/mc9P . Let us know how it goes.

I already have a playlist, when hitting play all button on that playlist, once it reaches a downloaded video, no additional videos are shown below it, or a way to go play previous or next video. Is there any way to send a screen recording so the issue is better understood ?

Thanks for the info, it normally happens when the videos are no longer public, taken down or if the video is restricted because of a claim. If not, we'd recommend sending feedback here: https://yt.be/help/feedback . Make sure to send from the account experiencing the issue!

You clearly don't understand the issue. I have deleted all the downloaded videos and I can play all the playlist plays like normal. The issue is with the app and the logic being it. Once it reaches a downloaded item, it plays it and no longer sees anything after it or before it.
