@TeamYouTube I know it's possible to manually review your videos when they are unlisted and the system detects them as "limited ads". Is it possible to manual review them even when the system detects them as monetized?

Ideally, videos are automatically reviewed once uploaded. If the content is identified as not suitable for advertisers, you'll see a yellow $ icon next to the video, which will then allow you to request for a manual review. More on manual reviews here: https://yt.be/help/NW2d

I know that. My problem is that my videos have the green dollar sign when I upload them and let them stay unlisted for like 2 days. The moment I make them public and they get views the system detects them not advertiser friendly and only then I can human review them, which...

...is problematic since they're reviewed after like 2 days, so after I got 80% of my views. My question is if I could human review while they are unlisted even if they currently have the green dollar sign next to them.

This can happen b/c the automated system continues to analyze new info from the video once it’s published – agree it’s not a great experience though. The engineering team is working to improve this, so if you have any example videos where this happened, we can pass them along.
